Kindness

What’s important is that you have to be kind to people, and you have to do your best. Learn to put other people first. Learn to not freak out over little, petty things. There are much bigger problems in life that you will one day have to worry about, and while I know your 9th grade drama seems like the be-all-end-all trust me, it’s not.

And this is why I chose to forgive. But one thing for sure, I'll never forget and I'll never trust you like how I used to again. Right now, all the things you said, I'm just playing by ear.

Just an update regarding the past 10 days since my last post.. Prelims are over!!!!!!!1111 This prelims make me realize how my effort didn't go down the drain.. I may not have done well enough, but at least I'm improving!!
Also, in just a short period of 10 days, all of us lost a very precious friend, two lost a sweet daughter, one lost a great sister. I must say, her departure showed me who are those who really cares and who's just a busybody and showed me how my classmates are the loveliest people. Her passing made many of us ache, but I'm sure she's now in a better place. According to Ms Tan, she's with God now.
At first I never understood why God would want to take someone so pure and sweet away. But slowly, people keep telling me that God have his own reasons and what he decides for us is the best for us. And from a friend, "she wouldn't want to be a burden, she wouldn't want to see us upset. If she knew, I'm sure she'd also choose this."
I miss her. Everyday I walk into class looking at the table she used to sit. Feels so surreal that she's no longer here.

Appreciate, cherish, and love with your heart out.
